What is Project Teen Rights?

Project Teen Rights is a youth-led initiative born out of necessity. For Example, In Delaware teens are legally allowed to work but in practice, they’re blocked by outdated laws, employer hesitancy, and cultural bias. Our Generation is told to “grow up,” yet denied the tools to do so. We’re criticized for being “lazy,” while adults hold the very jobs, we’re eager to earn. This is where Project Teen Rights steps in to help push an initiative to re-hire the new generation and push the old one out.
